Andy Ashworth
Consultant with Snowline International
I love finding solutions to problems. The bigger the challenge, the more satisfaction I get from reaching a good outcome.
With a background in international development, and often working independently in remote areas of the world, problem solving becomes second nature, and this is what I love doing most.
My special interest is in organisational dynamics and values-based alignment.
My Philosophy
We are better together. The whole is almost always better than the sum of its parts.

By working together to solve problems, we can find solutions that enable the greatest number of people to experience the most effective, meaningful, and sustainable lives.

This is my belief, my why, to enable people to work together to drive themselves forward to be the best they can be.
"One person with a belief is equal to a force of ninety nine who have only interests"
John Stuart Mill
My Practice
I believe that it is only possible for an organisation to be effective when its people are personally effective.
A group is at its most powerful when individuals are operating effectively with meaning and purpose, and aligned with the ethos and philosophy of the group to which they belong.
Aligning our meaning with effective and purposeful action is a great way to start finding solutions that match our problems; solutions that are best for all or many.
